You don't often find carvers doing an African Santa, which makes this a unique collectible.  His simple burgundy coat and green gloves are offset by a very interesting beard design.  This Santa carving features painted dot style eyes giving him a kind appearance. 

This carving stands approximately 5" in height and was carved from a 2" x 2" block of basswood.  If you are looking for something different to add to a collection, Santa Carving # 339 may be the perfect guy!
