12" Tall Classic Santa Carving #657

The paint is slightly worn away from the more pronounced edges of the chisel sweeps. The classic look, the texture, the antiquing and the "wear" create the illusion that this is a carving that has been loved by many generations past.

Hand carved by chisel from a 2" square block of Pennsylvania basswood, this classic pencil Santa stands just over 12" in height. His eyes give the appearance he is asleep - but that may be a ruse. My guess is he's watching closely to see who goes on the naughty list.

A very unique piece that you will love to display!

Please note all Santa carvings are one of a kind. Although PayPal's shopping cart allows you to increase the quantity of an item - due to the one-of-a-kind nature of these carvings, if that option is used your order will be rejected. We attempt to keep these pages updated - if two orders are placed for the same carving, the first order in our mail box will be accepted.
