Antique Rolling Pin Santa Carving #2007-1

This is another old pastry rolling pin that was a well used antique.  The family was selling several at a sale and one of Tom's friends grabbed a couple to see if he was interested in carving them. 

This unique Santa has a scallop textured beard and his hat features an antique gold jingle bell.   He was carved in the round - literally and antiqued again to bring forth a wonderfully warm tone that the picture doesn't do justice.  The perfect Christmas accent for your country kitchen!

If you add him to your collection, you've got a couple of options for display...  He can lay on a counter or table.  If you have a pastry or rolling pin rack, he'd look great displayed among your antique pins.  Tom can provide a leather cord with rusted jingle bells so you can hang him from a hook on the wall - or he can make a wooden base with a handle hole, so you can stand Rolling Pin Santa upright!  (The wooden base option will add about a week to shipping so Tom can create the base!)
