Myrtlewood Wooden Goblet by Maryland Artist Tom Crowl.

Myrtlewood Wood Goblet #335

Myrtle Wood Wooden Goblet

Myrtlewood offers some striking grain patterns.  This light tan wooden goblet features a highly contrasted dark grained pattern rippling through the wood.  There is even a bit of curl in the wood - noticeable on the right hand side of the picture.

It is rare for Tom to get Myrtlewood in a thickness that allows him to turn a goblet - and the fact that this piece is highly figured is an extra plus.  We pay a bit more for the figured lumber and must pass that along - but the results are a one-of-a-kind striking work that you will be proud to display and use.

Standing about 5 7/8" in height and almost 3" in diameter,  this wooden goblet holds approximately 6 oz. of your favorite drink.
